If so, you can do this by clicking on the exclamation point which is a red button near the "Online!"/"Offline" indicator and the "Rep me" in green, in said post.

Like others said you can PM but Using the report button is probably the best option because both mods/and admins see that till it's taken care of. That way the first staff on will see the reports and take care of it, in case the person you pm'd didn't come on.
