On the web browser? Under tools there should be an option for changing display/text size.

On the computer itself? change the resolution.

lmao. It might be a problem with the screen resolution (this happened to me not long ago), or if it's online then you may have zoomed out?

try pressing ctrl+0 (resets zoom)
or ctrl++ (plus) to magnify things.
