idk, just the first thread idea i thought of. i guess just list a phobia you have or someone you know has


im a little afraid of spiders(unless i know their not poisonous)

large heights ... ie mountains.

i dont mind things if i KNOW im safe, but another one is slimy foods that taste bad, that is i hate them, not really scared of them, did you know there is actually a fear/phobia for having peanut butter stuck to the top of your mouth? dont remember what its called though

Arachnophobia (spiders)
Ectomophobia (Bugs)
Agoraphobia (open spaces or of being in crowded, public places like markets. Fear of leaving a safe place.)
Erytophobia (Blushing)
Laliophobia (Speaking) << Crowds only

Necrophobia (Death or Dead things) << Only if it's still fleshy - I'm fine with bones.
Nudophobia (Nudity) << Sometimes even my own, hence my reluctance to change what I wear.
Onomatophobia (Hearing certain words or names) << Just one really because when I hear it I get petrified because the same thing always follows it.
Ophthalmophobia (Being Stared at)

Photophobia (Light) << It's a medical condition that means "Light Sensitive".
Homophobia (Sameness/Monotony) <<It had different meanings. Also I believe it can mean the fear of the same sex (as opposed to Heterophobia).
Taphephobia (Being Buried Alive)

I know, I'm a mess.
This is exactly why I'm a shut-in.

scared oh heightsabove water. i can deal with normal heights, but put some water there as well and i freak out. ironically i'm a swimmer.

I'm scared of Darkness a lot,

I'm scared of heights !

I'm scared of bees and wasps.
And of failing.
