Teen Forums - Teen Chat, Teen Help, Teen Advice & Support

There are many new threads focusing on this "Brainfuck!" challenge idea. For those who don't know, the OP posts a riddle or similar challenge (For example, one of mine was prove how 3*6=20). Then everyone keeps posting until someone solves the brainfuck. This idea could be implemented into a fun new sub-section to the "Teen Chat" forum. Good idea? Bad idea?

Also, because the administrators might not want to use the term "Brainfuck!" (however fitting it may be, particularly to some of my challenges) they could just use the term "Riddles and Challenges" as the title, or something similar. Or, if they don't care, they could just use that phrase. I have no idea what their approach to this would be.

I think it would be a good idea to create this section under the Games section.

This is pretty much the same thing as the "Role Playing Forum", that's a game, but it require more thought than random posting. If this was under the "Games" section we wouldn't get post count points for posting there, and it's not necessary to stop post counts in this section because unlike the "games" section it A) Doesn't adhere to random posting and B) cannot be spammed. Detailed thought goes into these posts, people should get credit for the post count.

Role play is far from random

I think it should just be under game and quizzes, no new section.

I am fine to keep the "Brainfuck" threads in the Teen Chat section.

I get what you're saying; I just think we're adding too many sections. So that's the reason behind why I say while I see the reasoning behind your suggestion; I don't support the addition of a new section.

I agree with David, though it sounds like fun, I don't think many people will be actively participating in it. There's plenty of sections for these types of threads already: teen chat, games/quizes, etc.

I like this idea

However I think it's fine in the Teen Chat and such

too many sections/subsections might confuse new members and maybe some current ones too but a forum shouldnt have so many sections that it confuses you more.
