Well, maing a diary is a good idea because it can vent out everything.

Have you spoken to a relative about this?
The worst you could do is confront him, because that will spark up an argument and but make matters worse.
You can't really do much here darl unfortunatley.
Unless you did get someone to catch him in action.
But what I do suggest, is that you make sure that whenever he yells at you about something insignificant, you walk away. Even if its just down the street to sit at a park bench for a bit, or if its just on your bed. Just walk away. because then that will send signals that you don't care about anything he is saying..

And also lastly, your not fat darl. There is no such thing as being fat. There is Normal, Obese and Death Skinny. So please don't call yourself fat. The last thing you need is low self sonfidence after all this. Besides, I have seen your picture, your a very pretty girl. You have a lot going for you and an ass of a father. Just stay true to yourself, and hopefully this is just a fad for your dad, and he'll get over himself.

I think there's really nothing u can do to make him stop...If u say something i guess he'll just yell at u more for telling him what to do and the situation will only get worse.I think that ur dad is going through a hard time and maybe he's frustrated that he isn't working.. U should just wait it should get better...but maybe u should clear up that ur good at a lot of things too,not just ur sister...

True dads can be priks some time. I know because i've been abit of a prik to my son before. Not to the poin where he hated me or nothing serious like that.

You say you and he had such a good relationship before you moved to france, i don't realy know what that has to do with him suddenly treating you diferently. Why did you move to france any way. I think theres something missing to your story. It may be something you dont even know about. But i'm pretty sure you know what it is. Your growing up i take it your the oldest, maybe you've made some mistakes. Some times as painful as it sounds a father that does'nt know how or doesn't have the mental capasity to do great by all his kids, and resort to showing his love and offering his support to his youngest. He thinks maybe he made a mistake with you, in his mind he thinks he can fix that by not making the same mistakes with your sister. Don't dwell on this too much. I wouldn't want you to strain you self.
