you have to learn to let this anger out in a way that does not hurt others like write all your feelings down or scream into a pillow. Punch your pillow before you act try think of the consequences before hand and after if you could not stop yourself then try think what you could have done instead and why did you really do it was it worth it?

Honestly, it could be a chemical imbalance, like me. I hate my home and my family sometimes and everytime i go back home and walk through the door im a mean person and i want everyone to leave me alone or i feel like shooting a baby. It's just a teenager thing.
