my dad has been hurting me all my life but throughout this year it has gotten worse and worse. and my mom hurts me too, but not as much as him. i want it to end and i told my mom. she said i was acting like a baby and now she's threatening to leave me with him and im so scared. i don't know what to do!

Specificity is important, esp. when making accusations like that. So, instead of using a provocative term like 'Hurting me' when talking with your folks, it might be best to use more descriptive (and less accusatory) words in describing what you're experiencing to her. That way, you not only provide her with more info that she can (hopefully) respond to, but you avoid the defensiveness you're getting from her.

As Spock said, in which way is she hurting you?
You should explain to her if it's verbal hurt that you don't like the way she is talking to you and that you don't like what she is doing.
If this is physical hurt then you may want to get other people involved e.g. authorities.

Well, if that's true, then you need to call 911 (or whatever emergency number your local police dept. uses) and report it.

If this is true, your dad is engaging in illegal and harmful behavior, and you need protection from that. Call the police immediately.

it's not his fault. i deserve it. i can't send him to jail because of me. i'm disgusting and worthless. my sister died in a fire instead of me. i should've been the one that died, just like he says. its all my fault!
