Hi. Lately i've been very strange , and sleepy . Im a very nervous person and in the past weeks my personality kind a change , but not in a positive way .

Anyway , i've been taking sleeping pills all the time , and now im ok but at the same time , im alway disconnected of the world and sleepy . I know its not the best for me taking all those pills , but i feel much better .

I would like to know what you think , this can have consequences in my daily life .. but this is also a way for me to be ok.

Firstly: Sleeping Pills = Sleepiness.

Secondly: Drugs do have these kinds of side affects on your mind and body. With many drugs it can sometimes cause depression, anxiety and paranoia.. it really does depend on how much you are taking and when.

As with other drugs, it's not advised to constantly take them unless you're advised to by a Doctor.

Are the prescribed? Cause if they're not, time to think about it.

But yeah, shit that makes you sleep... makes you sleep? Really.

Drugging yourself doesn't really help things. talk to someone about what's keeping you up.
