Have you considered the silent treatment? That ALWAYS works. In my experience anyway. It takes a lot of patience, yes, but the results can be long term. The next time she's bothering you, keep mum. If she tries to grab your book, grab it back and give her a hand symbol for " wait just a minute". If after class she asks you, tell her you've got a headache or something.
That's my advice, but if your looking desperately, then I suggest:

In class, you could pretend your sick, I mean I'm talking about Wooping cough with dengue fever and a running nose sick. Keep a hanky in hand and pretend to be REALLY SICK. Bad make up helps too. She won't want to ask you anything.
