There's this girl in my French class who i have to sit next to her but she's so bloody annoying. She keeps asking me questions when im trying to concetrate during the lesson and then the teacher shouts to me to be quite. I try not to answer but she 'd be like ' HELLLOOO! alex are you listening to me?'. She keeps grabing my book to copy off me without even asking if i let her. She would sometimes sit there and start staring at me and id be like ' What?' and shes like 'Nothing'. -__-. And if i pronounce some french words wrong she 'd keep telling me how to say it when i want the teacher to tell me how. She sometimes asks me what does it write on the whiteboard when shes not wearing her glasses. I just wanna shout : ' There 're your fucking glasses, put them on and read what's on the fucking board.'
Ughh how to I deal with her?

uggggg ... Idk for sure but i know the type of person u mean! So annoying. They are so akward and clueless and actually selfish. I'll think about it more but just give give her the brush off and the finger to the mouth to silence her in class. If she confronts u and says why are u being so mean to me just make up a story saying ur parents laid down the law to u and if ur caught cheating or talking or acting up in any way in class the rest of the year your grounded.

I would just tell her that you need to concentrate, so you would greatly appreciate if she would shut her mouth. If that doesn't work, tell her to SHUT UP!

Well, when she starts to annoy you, you shouldn't just tell her to shut up the regular way, try saying it in a loud voice, that will bring other people's attention, and probably the teacher's, you can just try to shout : " OMG, CAN"T YOU JUST REMAIN SILENCE FOR A WHILE, I'M TRYING TO CONCENTRATE HERE !! "
When you do this, the teacher will come and ask what's wrong, and you can tell her that she is annoying, so she might move you to another seat, or find some way with her to make her shut up.
Or you can just ignore her speech patiently for a long time, and she will start to annoy the students near your seats and they might get involved too.
That's why you take leverage over her and obligate her to shut up.

Tell the teacher you don't want to be next to her, just say you don't get on too well and it should solve the problem (Unless your teachers an A'hole!)
Tell your teacher that you feel you're not achieving the best results possible due to the people sitting immediately around you. Name names in private if you like. If your teacher is smart and worth your time (and let's face it... most aren't), they'll take action and move you.
If not, take the matter into your own hands and tell the girl to be quiet because you want to learn. Start off politely telling her and if she doesn't listen, speak more firmly and tell her that she needs to shut up or you'll move away from her. Problem solved?
If you wanna make her stop. Ask ur teacher if you could move cause she is haveing a hard time concentrating. Teachers are usually pretty understanding.
