my friends parents are divorcing, we were talking and she said that her dad was an aggressive man and that her mum cried her self 2 sleep every night, the word aggressive made me think, i wanna check if he was being bad to them, it is his house so they have to be moved somewhere, hopefully in livingston (that is where we live) but if not she will have to move school. anyway she is my best friend and i just want to make sure everythings OK, cause i am worried NOT nosey, how do i ask her that? plz help

Well, tell her that you consider her a best friend and explain that you feel worried for her and the situation she's in. If she doesn't want to tell you, don't force her, but just ask her if her dad ever did anything to hurt her, and tell her that if she ever needs to talk to anyone, you're happy to listen.
