Default The Broody Type

That's me.

I'd like some advice as to how I can stop worrying about every single little thing that happens in my life. 2 months with my boyfriend and he's already wearisome of my mood swings when something's going right and then one thing buggers up somewhere along the line. We've only had one argument and yet I'm finding it awkward to talk to him because he doesn't seem as though he wants to know anymore. It's worrying.

I'm trying to find ways to make myself more positive. One thing I heard about is exercise - would anyone recommend going for a jog now and again when the weather sweetens up a little more?

Absolutely. Exercise can elevate any bad mood, no matter how severe. I usually exercise when I'm in a bad mood and I am at home with the ability to do all different forms of exercise.

Well, it depends on the type of exercise, I would go swimming to make myself happy, but that is because I love swimming. Do something you love to do, and that will help your mood.

I like playing DDR until I'm absolutely exhausted when the weather's horrible. I'll probably play it tonight, actually. Any other ideas what I could do when I'm not keeping fit?

Honestly just do what you like, you could do something like arts and crafts, doing puzzles, whatever, but try to do some constructive things, the internet is full of new things to do.

Aaah, y'see that's where I'm struggling; I design and make title sequences for trailers and movies in my spare time when I'm not doing homework, but when I'm broody I struggle to think of anything else but the thing that is keeping me down, thus, my work turns out to be second-rate and people seem disappointed, particularly if it's for a project or school work.

I guess it's just getting through that wall and forgetting about the actual problem itself~

I see. Do something that doesn't take much thought of creativity then. Like doodle little images, also if you have to vent your issues and why you are upset, I will always be here, just message me. I am here to help.

Thanks a lot venting is a bit wishy-washy for me, sometimes it works and sometimes it has the completely opposite effect. I'm working on something at the moment which I'd show you but it's media coursework - I don't want them thinking that I've stolen it off of the internet haha.
