I even googled "mood swings" to see what justified their quickness.
I'm having huge moodswings. I was super excited because of something a friend told me (not important), until just moments ago. Yeah, in fact, hours ago, the matter that makes me now extremely angry/sad didn't affect me that much. Now it suddenly does, a lot.
I know it's normal in teens and whatnot... but I can't comprehend myself. There's also little people I can turn to and ask for help/get comfort. I just feel so... fff. :/

There can be multiple reasons.
But normally, mood swings are caused by stress, which can be caused by a thought or anything that haunts your mind constanly. Only you can discover the reason really.

Well I perfectly know the reason... but it sometimes doesn't bother me much, some other time it just haunts me lightly, and then sometimes it just bursts into me, it assaults me, ruining my mood. :c

The only way to solve it is to adress that thought itself my friend.
