So, the task is coming up with a way of dealing not so much with a new sib (you probably know how to already) but also parents who don't listen and don't seem to be as concerned about the impact of their decisions as they require of you.
Frankly, I'd try to sprout roots outside your family, make new friends and spend lots of time with them, have outside activities that keep you away and maybe put you into contact with other people and lifestyles that are more compatible with your needs.
And a sense of humor...and an awareness that childhood isn't forever...might help.

Matt, the 'Complicated' thing is their inability to recognize the impact these decisions have on you...be they their decision to smoke, or have babies....it's not entirely reasonable..especially when you guys don't seem to have the resources for this (not being able to shower and having to double up on baths with sibs, not having enough physical space in bedrooms, etc.). It makes the adjustment that much more difficult, and when you add your parents demands of you to show those qualities they obviously lack, it's even more frustrating.
I like the idea of you branching out a bit and spending more time elsewhere, where you can get more of what you need...or at the very least, less of what you don't.
