It sounds like maybe he has trust or jealousy issues.
Or maybe, he was just curious.

Although you just have a lock on it because it's an Android, he probably jumped to conclusions and thought that you were hiding something. So he probably got overly curious and decided to try and get into it and see what it is.

Regardless, there is a privacy issue here and he needs to realize that he has to trust you. If you obviously have nothing to hide - then he shouldn't be trying to snoop and dig stuff up. So perhaps, you two need to sit down and discuss what the issue is - and why he initially felt the need to go through your phone, and then cover the bases from there.

A relationship with no trust, doesn't usually end well.
