Default Recurring Dream?

Most nights, I have a dream that involves me staring at either a body of water or me near a cliff. I often just stare at the cliff, near the water, etc. Then, I kind of just walk around, and just have thoughts. Random things. Idk. But then like, sometimes I tumble off. But like, every time, there is a girl. A faceless girl who saves me, but who I never see. It could be a multitude of thing. I just want to know why this keeps happening. Its the only dreams I ever rememeber. Suggestions?

Well according to some research i carried out just for you (:

CLIFFS: Cliffs tend to link with difficult facts and difficult situations in your life. They may be symbolic of difficult and awkward situations which are stopping you feeling and expressing your emotions in the way you would like to.

WATER:
To see water in your dream, symbolizes your unconscious and your emotional state of mind. It is also symbolic of spirituality, knowledge, healing and refreshment.
To see calm, clear water in your dream, means that you are in tune with your spirituality. It denotes serenity, peace of mind, and rejuvenation.

To see muddy or dirty water in your dream, indicates that you are wallowing in your negative emotions. You may need to take some time to cleanse your mind and find internal peace. Alternatively, the dream suggests that your thinking/judgment is unclear and clouded.

FACELESS GIRL:
To see a faceless figure or person in your dream, indicates that you are still searching for your own identity and finding out who you are. Perhaps you are unsure of how to read people and their emotions. Therefore, you are expressing a desire to know and understand these people on a deeper level.

hope this helps? (:

Could be, I don't really agree with the last one though.

From joy to sorrow, yesterday to tomorrow, you've been there. Friends like you are rare, your touch is so gentle,
You're my guardian angel.
Like a blossoming flower spreading your wings in grace, filling my heart with power
by feeling your embrace.

Wherever the wind may blow, we will overcome this war, in times happy or sore, I will never let you go.
With a gentle warm heart and a will of stone, We'll never be apart, You'll never be alone. - John <3

^ very true, you never know. It could mean something big, could mean nothing. Time is the only thing that can really tell.

I don't think dreams have subliminal messages. If something tends to happen which you dreamt about, it's just luck. Kind of the same as horoscopes.

However, i do sometimes have dreams that come out. But only like 1-2 years after i had them.

The interesting thing is, is that some of the stuff that happens, happens. But like, then I continue having the dream, AFTER THEY HAPPEN, in a different setting. However, the water thing is very interesting.
