I don't know where to begin off. I've got so many problems its a joke ill cut straight to the chase. I was accused of sexual assault, and I didn't commit this crime but the person who gave me in was my little 10 year old cousin she reported me to the police saying i exposed my geneticles and ask for sex and she ran off. When I heard this from the cops I froze.. didnt know what to say. I told my sıde of the story and they believed me and everythıng was goıng so well but my auntıe and cousın was dead 2 me from that day on but the next day my family set me up takıng me to my agro uncle after school which used physical and mental force.. he told me that there was a risk of the police taking away my 7 year old little brother away from the family because the crime i commited and now my uncle took me to flight centre bought my ticket to turkey to go next to my dad and let thıngs cool off etc but ı dıdnt want to go but ı was lıtterely forced and ı fuckıng hate ıt here ı want to get out asap no tıme to waste ı hate thıs fuckıng country ı want to go back to australia ı was forced and trıcked ınto comıng here for a 2month holıday but my dad wants to keep me here for 3 years ı dıdnt commıt any crıme now ıts goıng to appear as ıf ı commıted thıs crıme and when ı get back ım probably goıng to have a record my dad wont let me go back hıs usıng force to keep me here ı got no were 2 go ı want a tıcket back to australıa how do ı get help from the australian goverment from a place lıke thıs

You said you were first accused, but then everyone believed you. What is it that they are accusing you of now?

And your uncle is on your side, yes? Can you trust anyone at all?

It was only the police who believed my side of the story but my dads side of the family were trying what ever they could to give me a bad name. The next day after the interview my uncle knew how innocent I was so he wanted to send me to turkey next to my dad and at that time they tricked me so badly! they played such a game! I started to realise it all after I got here when it was 2 late. I thought he was trying to help me by getting me out the country saying come back 3 months later when everythings cooled off he said they'll drop the court case when they find out your not here etc but when I got here I noticed it was all full of shit... the accusations was just to scare me to leave the country.. Because my dads side of the family is all i had in australia they never liked me from day 1... they kept trying to give me a bad name always wanted the worst for me..the mums side in turkey arent supporting much either

now all my cousins my aunties kids my uncles kids are all running there mouth lying about things ive never done in the police interviews and they think its a fucken joke they dont give a fuck about me

now when I get back im probably goıng to have a police record,
now its seems as if I really did do it by running away from the country

First off, if you have a court date, you can't escape it. Evading it is another felony, and would make you seem guilty.

Next, if everyone's against you, my only suggestion is to try and go to the police. Since they believe you, they might be helpful. Also, by going straight to them, you're actually strengthening your plea. As no criminal goes to the authorities for help.

Obviously I'm going to the police, thats if I get to Australia first but another thing is I was forced out the country before they even made a court date..

Then you can use that against your family's testimony. If they infact did send you out KNOWING that you had a court date, that's an opportunity.

You should get a good lawyer and tell them of all this, just in case your family does send you to hell with this.
