Recently I heard my little sister's 14 year old friend is hanging out with this 20 year old guy and he always wears a purple and yellow suit. He drives this car (he lives in the same neighborhood as me) and frequently has girls the same age in scantily clad clothes arrive at his house. Usually he gets a car load of them and takes them to an undisclosed location. My sister's friend says that he treats her well, gives her gifts, and gives her this stuff that makes her feel so good. Her friend comes from a rough family and won't listen to my sisters advice to ignore this creep. I think my sisters friend is in trouble. What should I do about this guy?
Talk to your parents or a trusted adult about it. If all else fails, call the police to investigate on it.

If the guy has not done anything inappropriate what's the problem bit of an age gap if he has done something inappropriate then get involved but at the moment you can't do much.
