about 20 mins ago, i got caught smoking, well...i think i did. see, i went for a fag not far from my house because it's cold and i didn't wanna go far, i was half way through the cig when my mums friend walked down walking the dog, she looked at me and i put it out, no idea what she saw, i walked up and she talked to me like normal. i don't know if she will tell my mum and if she does, my dad will know, and he'll freak, what will i do

Oooooh shit is right!!! I've been caught doing stuff before by my moms friend and they do tell her everything. You can't do anything now. You're going to have to tell them you're quitting because if you don't it only gets worst, and you should try to quit. I know its hard but damages your system.
Like other people have said, there is nothing you can do about it, so you'll have to just hope for the best and see what happens and if she tells your mum. If she just talked to you normally, there is a chance she may not have noticed, but this is only a very small chance. However, you should give up smoking because it can cause serious damage, especially if you start young. It can be very hard to quit smoking, but try to quit bit by bit if that would be easier, and just keep thinking you will be so much better when you have quit that horrible habbit. Also, if you get found out by your parents, saying you're quitting could make them punish you less. Good luck.

like everyone else has said. nothing you can do now. she says something, then she says something.
quitting will be the best thing to do, to be honest. it will be hard (depending on how long you have smoked for, also how much). it isnt easy, but it can be done.
