me and my friends are about 18 dreams of joining the army we buy spice it was like a paranoia bomb hit me went home hallucinating real bad i felt like i knew the future then i yelled mom hospital please im dying! i crash on the floor next to my dad i kept saying am i in hell am i in hell please answer me!! the emts freaked me out they saw that my heart beat and blood sugar where very high and that apparently i died my blood sugar was so high idk i drifted in and out of consciousness. then i wake up run push my mom over and push the emts running outside that is where i puked my brains out. next thing im in the hospital with6 Xanax shots in me and they let me go when i stabilized i need advice for my family so they want worry about me. im done with everything spice any drugs i almost died. i need help bad. its not like it was illegal then i look at my leg and i cut myself pretty bad with my finger nails emts had to tackle me and hold me till ambulance was there my god im so stupid.

just tell them what you told us, say it scared the hell out of you and you wont do it again cause you know that drugs can kill you. Also that the cut will remind you not to do drugs again
