I have a problem that has been a burden on me since the beginning of last month. This isn't a normal teen problem. I'm a freak. I hate myself. I probably am going to kill myself after some people answer this.
My problem is this. I got arrested for masturbating in public. Actually that's not my problem. My sister caught me jerking off sometime after this and pretend naps in front of me so I'll masturbate and she can watch. And I Do It. I don't now why I'm such a sexual deviant but I am. It's like It's not me. I have just starting exhibiting this behavior. i'm afraid it will lead to something worse. I don't want to get arrested again and jeprodize my future. What do I Do? I have a therapist and I will tell her about this. (Except the sister part)

I think your sister needs help even more than you, teenagers are horny all the time, that is normal and nothing to kill yourself over, just try to gain some self control when your out and about.
But you should have serious words with your sister about this, she's watching you wank now, but if that isn't stopped she may try to go further than that, she's acting more abnormal than you are.

It is pretty doubtful that she would get pregnant from precum near the vaginal area. It would have to get inside, and pretty deep too, so that it reached the cervix. Otherwise it would be impossible for her to become pregnant.
But, ignoring whether it was the drugs, hormones, some latent subconscious urges surfacing or a mixture thereof, you should take the fear you felt at that moment as a warning and remember anytime you feel those same urges returning. Think "what WOULD I do if she got pregnant?"
It creates more fear not having an answer to the question, but she would probably be encouraged to get an abortion due to the mental and physical stress of a young girl having a child (I am assuming she is younger than you), and because children born of parents with similar genes tend to develop defects. Then you and your sister would both have to see therapists (you already are) and may be separated. That is my best guess. Not really based on any research though.
