Err, you can't get STDs while grinding, unless you're doing it naked, and having sex.

I'm not much of a fan of grinding. I'll do it occasionally when I'm super pissed or depressed and need to release some endorphin. But usually, I don't like it much. Just get behind a girl and move to the music.

If you're self esteem is low like mine when it comes to that kind of stuff, I suggest not grinding on the most attractive girl at the party- less chance of rejection.
