used our picture as my phone wallpaper and told her. I wanna use it as my facebook profile picture too cause my current picture is me riding a kayak (lame, i know).

She told me not to upload it on facebook but that's what most of the girls say i'm gonna get her permission later but how bout you guys? do you think i should just put in our picture as my profile pic or wait?

Just tell her you really like the picture, and tell her she looks great. Say someething like "You sure I can't use it as my profile pic? Its a really nice picture and you look great!" Or along the line of that. Otherwise; don't.
