You have 3 options:
1) Ignore him, let him get away with it

2) Do exactly the same, to show him what he looks like.

3) Talk to him about it, ask why he does it, explain to him what he does is wrong. That sort thing

I totally agree with @jordy lad here you do have 3 options.

1) Won't help you much...but ifhe's got away with it for so long then it would be pretty easy for him to continue.

2) Show him up in public - the shock factor.

3) Talking to him. Make him understand the strain he is putting you and you family through. How selfish he is being. Remind him there are people a lot worse of than him and he shouldn't take things for granted.
