Well, I quit Irish Dancing in 2009 and would like to go back, sounds easy, but its complicated. I want to go to a class in Halifax, she's a good teacher, but I don't want to be in their parade as I won't know nobody, but I want to stay in Huddersfields''s class, so I'd be able to do the parade, and teachers of my school would be there, but the teacher doesn't teach the kids, like I went back a few weeks ago, and she didn't teach me anything.. So its complicated. Thanks
I did say it was confusing haha, well, The class I went to, Huddersfield, well the teacher doesn't teach hardly, but I really want to go back, because its closest to me, and I want to stay in their parade. but if I go to Halifax, It will be a good class, but its too far away, but I don't want to go in their parade..
Right, this may not be the way it works, but anyways,
Could you not go to the lessons in Halifax, but ask the teacher in Huddersfield if you can do the parade there instead..?
Or maybe you could get private lessons with the teacher from Halifax and then go to the Huddersfield parade?
If not, then I'd go with the choice you'll feel most comfortable with and will get the best out of.
Don't forget you'll meet new people and make friends, so by time it's the parade you will know some people in Halifax, if you decide to go there.

Nope, not allowed to do that, the Halifax teacher would want me to go to their parade, and Huddersfield would want me to stay to their classes.
I don't know what I feel comfortable with... and thanks
Try weighing up the pros and cons for each class.
Like, which class will I learn the most from?
Which class will I enjoy the most?
And see if that helps your decision any
Wouldn't getting way better at the skill (dancing) that you love, be worth putting yourself out of your comfort zone? I mean if you can better at a skill you love, you're not going to because you will feel out of place..? You'll probably fit in and make new friends, you might even like it better as well as getting better. I say go for it, useless to waste time and money on a teacher who isn't teaching you anything new or helping you get better at it.
From joy to sorrow, yesterday to tomorrow, you've been there. Friends like you are rare, your touch is so gentle,
You're my guardian angel.
Like a blossoming flower spreading your wings in grace, filling my heart with power
by feeling your embrace.
Wherever the wind may blow, we will overcome this war, in times happy or sore, I will never let you go.
With a gentle warm heart and a will of stone, We'll never be apart, You'll never be alone. - John <3
Thanks everybody, its sorted now. My auntie wants me to be on a Scholarship scheme (don't know what that is!) and I'm going to go to one or 2 lessons a week at my old one, and teach myself
