Like people my friends can tell I like necklaces, and bracelets. and I adore real looking feather earrings. t shirts like the black ones or black hoodies from animal conservation things. or music, little things like that that you can tell/know she likes. Okay, perfect. I'm not one to be totally for jewelry and stuff, but it's always special when you get it from a guy, or dad when you don't normally get that kind of thing. Especially because she's more outdoorsy and doesn't seem to care about all the girly pretty things, it means more. So id suggest try looking for some horse related necklace/bracelet something along those lines. She loves horses so it'd be personal, and it being something a little more close/romantic would help ease you into showing her you like her, and you can tell by how she reacts if she feels the same. Just look in like farm/horse stores or something, often they sell more unique stuff.

Yeah When my best friend got me things like that it meant way much more. Even if you're just friends your close so something more special is nice
When my horse had to be put down I told my dad I wanted a necklace to remember her kinda, and we went into this more so trendy horse place (not normally my type trendy...) But they had really pretty necklaces there and i got one which was a mom and baby horse running which meant a lot because i saw her foaled and up to seven years old. so it was really nice hah! You can probably find something similar but personal to her.
