After a long time i talked to the person whom i loved madly!
and he never trusted me,i loved him madly and now he keeps on asking me why i love him? i told him i just fell in love with him and i told him what i feel about him..
but he doesn't trusts me...
and other than it i know he shouldn't be trusted ,he broke my trust many times even after that i still love him and i just cant let him goo..he broke up with me a long time ago and i changed my self for him..i was a tom boy 3 years ago and used to have short hairs and he didn't liked it he liked other girls..i changed my self for him and now he is back because now he finds me pretty ..and he doesn't loves my inner beauty he loves my looks .. and i want to forget him ...but i cannot forget him..
i just want to forget him but i cant i love him soo much ..i make resolution every year to forget him and now i just cant take it! i dont want to be hurt again!and so i just want to know how to forget him?

Maybe you should find someone else? Then it'd be a lot easier to forget about him.

First you have to know that trying to forget someone is the best way to think about him.
I had a similar problem. I fell deeply in love with a boy that really disappointed me. I thought I would never be able to love someone else like I used to love him. In fact, I had the "perfect" guy just right in front of me, but I was so narrow-minded that I didn't see him. I waste a lot of time. But now I'm with this other boy and really happy. I think you just have to live your life, don't try to forget him ; just look around : the world is full of other guys, maybe one of them is waiting for you somewhere.

Making a thread about it is only reminding you about it. Just leave it and move on. I had to do it and I'm happy again after a few months.

Just remind yourself why he's bad for you. Forget all his good points and just think that the bad ones outweigh them.

you can't forget someone. Because if that person was in your heart rather it being a long time or a short time,that person will always be in your memory. unless you do the extreme and take some drugs that will erase your memory from newborn. Don't do that though.
