talk to someone close to you your parents i suggest it may seem very hard but your parents would do anything to help you they want nothing more than to see you happy and they will help you with the cops and the recovery of overcoming such an ordeal. You can't expect a quick recovery from things like this but people are here for you to try help you. This may worsen things but i think it is important you go to the docs as well to check for anything you may have caught of this lowlife.
