kk guys, my girlfriend and i had sex like about 2 weeks ago or something, cant remember how long ago was it, but ok, shes on the pill but she is like 6 days late.. and she says that its probably cuz of stress, because our exams are coming closer and her parents are going through a divorce and stuff and she is really sick right now too, so im just scared, do you think she could be pregnant ? or do you think its actually cuz of stress/sick.. and we cant buy pregnancy tests without anyone knowing so ><, shes 17 and i dont know what to say, but she says that she isnt pregnant its only cuz of the stress, but 6 days is a long time isnt it !? anyway.. let me know if you have experienced this before and hook me up wit some advice please..
also just a btw, shes been taking her brith control pills properly and regularly like shes supposed to, anyway thanks guys !
It might just be stress, but you don't need anyone to know you bought pregnancy tests, you don't need to be a certain age, you can just go to like a Walgreen's and get a pregnancy test and test it for yourselves, I think that is the best course of action.
I often don't have a rhyme or reason, only a rhythm.
1. Even if she is using birth control, use a condom. It CAN and WILL fail. I recommend the ultra thin ones because you don't need an Uber amount of protection, just enough.
2. I can't really say for sure. Has she experienced any symptoms of pregnancy besides the late period (which being sick does delay as your body re-cooperates) ? Spotting or Bleeding, nausea, stomach pains and cramps, etc?
the only way is to take a test
if she doesn't want to tell her if she knows shes not pregnant then there is nothing to worry about

i would suggest getting a digital tests the strips are super difficult to read but a digital is just pregnant not pregnant
