I know the title/question kinda seems dumb but lots my friends tell me that at this age, i can't get fat anymore. The only thing about me that my friends find negative is how thin i am and how I always get hiccups after eating lunch.
I really need some advice/help/diet/stuff/etc about the weight thing. Most of you will think "use google" or "ask an adult/health teacher" but c'mon, let's be honest. We're teens, we have very active social lives if not in person, online, and a 'proper diet with exercise' wont really work well. Unless it's summer of course, lots of time there. I just need something like what should I eat.
I get $60 a week. I'm not spoiled, it's $40 from my mom for school and $20 from my dad cause he's forced to do it. Somehow, I gained a pound. I started eating cheese heads the other week and I eat atleast 4 sticks a day. I think it's a start. As for exercise, I do 35 crunches in the morning every morning and the rest in p.e. (1 mile every day)
All of your suggestions/advice/whatevrs will not be taken for granted and will be greatly appreciated
