Hiya..


well, if some of you have been reading the depression bit of the forum, you'd see i've been cutting myself..

anyways, I've got my GCSE option tomorrow (3hrs of Geography) and we have another teacher for it (We have had Mr Higgins for a change this week) and at the end of the lesson on Tuesday me, him and my proper teacher Mrs Rhodes was talking about lesson, like how I do in it and why I'm always upset in it,

and I was thinking should I tell them I can't do it any more, and what its doing to me, and then show them the cuts on my wrists??

please help!

it depends on you and if you want to Share this with people , it would be good if you let them know , So they can help and understand . Also talk to them about things that bothers you.

Wellllllll I've told them

Told Mr Higgins about it, he told me to tell Miss Herapath (my head of community) and I told her on Friday she is coming to talk to me about it some time this week again! and I'm seeing the nurse.. again

I think that's good, I know it's scary having people know especailly your parents but as long as you can get help and stop doing this and stop being sad with depression it will be worth it

but I think school is going to have to tell her though!
