I feel so very depressed and i am having sleeping disorder ,my health is so messed up and want to get rid of this depression.
I feel extremely lonely and that feeling kills me inside and few days back I felt as if someone had put a knife through my heart.

You dont have to worry , most of the people at your age get depressed . You can talk to some friends that you trust , or some family members , maybe in School Counselor and of course the people of Teen Forumz can always help and support you =)

Mmm..Annie maybe you're being worried of something ? I dont know but i always get depressed too...and if u try you will see the cause of your depression
