Okay, so i'm not sure if this is still around or not, but i really want to have a talk with my Dad about masturbation and its normality in life and stuff because i do it, and i think he knows i do it (both of my brothers sure as hell do <Caught once by each of them>) but i dont know how to initiate it. Any help? Advice?

masturbation is normal, he knows you do it. He probably does it.

I said he might. My PC is set up right outside his room, and i tend to do it after everyone is asleep.........sometimes i think i make loud noises but idk.....

Print out this question or write it down in a letter. E mail it or possibly do it over the phone. It's like ripping off a band aid: Do it and it's not that bad. Good luck.

oml. you would.

just bring up casually when you guys are talking. maybe on a long drive. you can go " dad, is masturbation healthy?" and teh conversation will flow from there.

on the last 4 hour drive to his girlfriends house in NE i wanted to.............but i couldnt. it would just be too awkward. the only thing he and i talk seriously about anymore is Halo.

to be blunt, i don't think it's necessary, but if you really want to then my advice would be to just tell him you want to talk about it and get advice, you can try and bring it up as casually as you like but in the end you will have to say "can we talk about masturbation?" maybe not those exact words but that sentence will throw all the casual talk out the window anyway.
