Doubtful, most hobo's are lazy, stupid, drugged out and/or drunk, dirty, homeless people.
That and a number of the develop psychotic problems as well because of the above reasons.

Holy, I just read the description of it. And my brother was a hobo in the past year, so was my dad in the 70's. lol
He went all across USA in train, eating was he could find and sleeping anywhere, and working.. when he could find works. (exceot he choosed to do that)
They are Basically just homeless people. I worked with homeless people in a center last year and I really like them. And we don't all have the same chance in life. Anyway, most of them are nice people,

Mmm.. it's understandable. And I know that somethime it's almost better if you don't give money to them. Because they will go get drunk with the money you give to them. But the gouvernment should do something, it's more the community that help them.
I mean, they have no house, they do have clothe, but usually not warn enough, they don't eat enough.. mmm... they have nothing to be happy. So why do you expect t hem to be nice with you? And yes, they like you when you give them money,
And yes, they are nice people. When you tried to now them at least. Not by walking by in the street and not looking at them or making this '' ark'' face when you see them. And of course they are nicer when they have a warm place to be, people to help them to maybe get a job and see a psychologist for their other problems.
Of course, some are just subborn and don't want any help and don't care about anything. But most of them wish to have a better living and a nice life

I personally don't think it's a good idea to have a child under the age of 16.
I doubt most people 16 or under are emotionally and/or financially stable at that age (like Marietta said).
Having said that, it's their choice. If they want to have a child at that age, go for it. They shouldn't moan if it gets too tough for them; they should've been aware of the responsibility and risk beforehand.
