New Here, (Pregnant), Would like to introduce myself!
Hey everyone. I'm not sure how active this board is, but I'd love to join in. I found it whilst searching for a teen pregnancy forum.
I'm Aleesha, but please call me Leesh! I'm 17 years old, going on 18 in December of this year. Graduated HS in November of last year and have almost finished my studies towards becoming a veterinary technician/assistant.
I was in a relationship with a guy called Chris. However, I have been through a time in my life where I have started understanding and realising things about myself where consequently I can't be with him. I am 8 weeks pregnant, EDD being April 2nd, 2011. I have had two ultrasounds so far, a dating scan at 5 weeks and one last week. Baby had a strong heartbeat of 112 BPM. I'm exciting and nervous. I do have a good support network and I have decided to raise this baby on my own. (Currently the Father doesn't want to be involved, if he wants to in the future, I won't stop him)
Can't wait to get to know you all!

Welcome to the forumz!
There are only a few members I know here who post in the Pregnancy part of the forum... but they're all inactive at the moment.
So, we'll all offer the best support we can!

Helloooo Leesh! You're a refreshingly mature teenage mother-to-be, it's really lovely to hear that you're taking everything so seriously and being level-headed.
