So, for a few months i constantly have this feeling of being pregnant.
Im tired, weak, out of breath, my belly seems to move and make the strangest noised.
So ive done 3 test since ive been thinking i am and there all negative.

I am lacking in some vitamins so i guess that could be why im tired alot?

It could be psychological, or it could be true. Have you had any unsafe sex lately? Have you had any sex at all lately?
The best choice would be to consult a doctor, only then will you be sure.

you should go to the doctors and get a blood pregnancy test. you can be getting a false negative. if you take another one, do it when your first get up in the morning. that is the best time.

The doctor did the first 3 test.
Im on the pill and have skipped 1-2 periods with it, my doctor recommended it too.
The period i do have is technically a 'withdrawel bleed' so im not sure D:

Ive had 2 blood test recently but they wernt for pregnancy, i have a hospital appointment on the 17th march so i will ask my test to be for pregnancy to if they can.

Yes, only a doctor will give you a full diagnosis. Maybe it would be good to get a general health check? It would be good as you will then be properly monitored by your healthcare team.

Like everyone else has said go for a blood test to find out for certain
