Hiya. I thought it would be good to have a chat on this forum for teen parents, and non-teen parents as well, just for support and to see how we all are.

I'm Sea, 18, 3 weeks and 6 days pregnant, gotten two positive HPTs now from yesterday and today. I just booked my first appointment today, it's at the end of the week, but I am nervous.

Thank you. I am really nervous, but sorting through things. Worked out all my financial standings, benefits I can recieve and so forth.

I've always loved kids, but it's never really crossed my mind... until now... of course.

sea: dont be nervous. your first u/s is the best one!! it is when everything becomes real. you see the baby for the first time and you know that it is actually there it is a wonderful thing to see

That sounds very true. I don't believe I have my first u/s this week, unfortunately. I think it is just a confirmation appointment, paper work, all that boring stuff. But hoping I get a refferal. I know there is a U/S place just down the road from there!

i feel like crap atm, just started feeling sick. and having cramping badly. i have been depressed lately. and doubting myself and whatnot.

-big big hugs- I am sorry to hear about the cramping! Have you discussed it with you midwife/doctor? You will be an amazing, Mama! Don't ever doubt yourself! Do you go on JM? Very supportive ladies on there!

Getting excited, I am seeing my doctor tomorrow! I took another HPT today, and it has certainly gotten darker! I've even been looking at baby names! -blushes-
