I...I would think not. Unless it's a fake, like the ones you put a wet paper towel on and just peel the paper off. If it's a real one, I would assume it would be harmful to the baby.

the ink could harm the baby; other than the ink, i dont think it would hurt the baby; BUT since the skin is soo stretched out, idk what would happen with that. idk why anyone would want to get one on their belly while pregnant anyways. i would rather get one after the baby is born.

It's not good to get tattoos at all when you're pregnant. That includes on your stomach.

As well, I don't see why you would want to get one in a place that will stretch out so much.
It is going to completely ruin the tattoo if you gain weight/lose weight too fast.

I don't think it's such a good idea to do that. I'm no expert though. Just wouldn't recommend it.
