From joy to sorrow, yesterday to tomorrow, you've been there. Friends like you are rare, your touch is so gentle,
You're my guardian angel.
Like a blossoming flower spreading your wings in grace, filling my heart with power
by feeling your embrace.

Well, I hate to say this, but goddamit, CONDOMS? BIRTH CONTROL? Further, its like, well, I don't know how it works in your state, but it mine, thats illegal. But yeah, like Kate said, sue his ass for child payment.

LaRae, he's an adult, so yes, you have some legal recourse here. I'd suggest two things: First, good prenatal care is really important, call Planned Parenthood and meet with a doctor for an exam.
Second, there is free legal assistance available thru legal advocacy groups, try the yellow pages....if you find nothing, call the public defenders office and ask them where to go, they should know where to send you.
Child support needs to be ordered thru the court, so you'd need to file the right papers, and it's a good idea to have a lawyer at least help..of not do this for you.
