Hey you guys I just want to let you guys no really quick that im not pregnant. I dont judge pregnant teens, i just didn't want you guys to get the wrong idea... OK. So you guys must know that today their are alot more pregnant teens than their used to be. So I want to know why you think that so many teenagers are getting pregnant, especially if they see how many of them regret it so much. If your pregnant, do you regret getting pregnant? Why?

They're having sex.
This is because they either want to do it and don't care about the consequences or because being REALLY young they're too naive to understand how serious it is.
To be honest I don't have the same mindset as the young girls getting pregnant; I personally don't know what the hell they're thinking about.
I don't know if they all don't want to/regret getting pregnant. I've noticed a lot of teen girls on shows like Maury and Steve Wilkos that claim they want babies because they think they are ready to handle kids, when they're barely teenagers themselves.
But for the ones who do regret it, it's their fault. It's not that hard to wrap it before you tap it. And if they still get pregnant, too bad... They should know condoms and birth control aren't 100% effective at stopping pregnancy, it's a chance they'd have to be willing to take.

Your right, not all girls regret getting pregnant, and having children... why do think that is? I mean, everything is changing, and their lives will never be as easy as it was with a child...
Because this world is fucked up in the way of how EVERYTHING has to be "to each their own". It's stupid. It's not all the each their own, people are going to be judged and should be judged, it's our moral compass in all of us that helps us determine right from wrong, if you're being judged badly and you can't handle being "judged" it means deep down you most likely know it's wrong and don't want to listen to it. Everyone is all to each their own, if you want to have sex at 13 go ahead and ill support you because it's your choice! Hell, fucking, no. Call it judging all you bloody want but I'm not going to sit there and just let a 13-14 year old decide to have sex and get pregnant. It's disgusting how young teens are losing their virginity, and it's even more disturbing how much it's accepted. People will just keep having sex at that age and earlier because it's so accepted, if you don't accept something they're going to be fearful of the label or how they will be looked upon and less likely to do it. Everyone supports everyone in it and then there's no fear into it which keeps them waiting for the right time and mature enough, age.
From joy to sorrow, yesterday to tomorrow, you've been there. Friends like you are rare, your touch is so gentle,
You're my guardian angel.
Like a blossoming flower spreading your wings in grace, filling my heart with power
by feeling your embrace.
Wherever the wind may blow, we will overcome this war, in times happy or sore, I will never let you go.
With a gentle warm heart and a will of stone, We'll never be apart, You'll never be alone. - John <3

Very much agreed, Kate @DeepDistress! There are no lines anymore as to what's acceptable and what's not. Girls are starting their periods younger and younger these days. I know a woman whose daughter started hers at 5. 5 years old! That's scary to me. :( Who's to say a few years down the road that it won't be acceptable for an even younger child to get pregnant?

I think it is because a majority of the world just keeps getting cockier with everything. They think they are ready to be adults and act grown up, when in reality they can't handle the slightest form of maturity no matter how hard they try, it's complete stupidity. If they go through with it they'll realize "Oh shit I fucked up, I can't handle a baby."

Oh god yes. It definitely needs to be frowned upon. Maybe the feeling of guilt will help them realize how immature they are actually acting.
Our standards have dropped beyond recognition in my opinion, it's a little too late to even attempt to bring them back up. If somehow it would work, I'm all for it.
