Default Thesis/Conclusion

Hey you guys! I know iv'e asked alot of questions on here lately- it was for a school project. I have finally come up with a conclusion about teen pregnancy, ad wanted to know if you guys agreed wth it, especially because some people on here are pregnant teens themselves (not that I have anything against you guys) So heres my conclusion: When teenagers get pregnant, its not just their fault, theirs alot of influence in todays world that may encourage, not just pregnancy, but having sex, at a young age. Okay, so just please tell me f you guys think this is correct!

It is an acceptable conclusion, although there are many other variants, so I'd consider it kind of incomplete.

I would help you, but I'm about to go to bed.

"If I do good, people might accuse me of selfish, ulterior motives, but I will still do it. Because I believe no one is malicious, not in their core, in their raw being.
The best in them is clouded by sorrows and fears, take those away and you'll bring out the brightest of lights in them.
Because no one can be happy without being kind, without giving ourselves to another, and we all love to give ourselves, it is our true nature.
That is why, even if I might get disappointed, I'll always give the best I've got. A single candle can light a thousand others and still burn."

You make a generality that isn't necesarily true. You can't say "when teenagers get pregnant, it's not their fault" because that implies that NO teenagers have the intent of getting pregnant, and they are simply accidents of unprotected sex.

Perhaps it could be "When MOST teenagers get pregnant, it's not their fault"

That's seems like something that is easier to defend, rather than ALL teenagers.

Thanks that makes sense- I was just trying to say that kids who intentionally try to get pregnant feel that way because of the influences in the world.

So? Everything you do is because of the influence of the world in one way or another, say I want some food, I may go out and buy a product that has been advertised to me, or a product in which the packaging looks appealing, is that not being influenced? Saying people get pregnant because they are influenced is not a complete conclusion as it is impossible to not be influenced by the world. Everybody that is/has been pregnant has been influenced by the world, regardless of age.

I think a better conclusion would be "Just because someone's young doesnt mean that they will be any better or any worse a parent than someone older. It's all down to the individual"

Because you cant blame everything on the media
