I've never had anything like that. Except when I was on drug, but I guess that doesn't count. Though I could see and touch music. Which is one of the best experience I had so far.

Well, it was a legal drug, so we can count it like if it was medecine from the drug store as a pain killer, ecxept it wasn't pain killer.
Anyway, if I remember well, I could see myself from somewhere else than my body. I could sse myself like if I was the celling, And there were no mirror, weirdest thing ever, plus I could totally see the sound coming out of my friend mouth and from the radio and touch it,

No, no drugs count - don't care if it's legal or illegal.
If it's drug induced then it has a reasoning behind it.
OBEs happen with no warning. Unless of course you have a natural trigger for it, like sleep or something.
But it's common when drug-induced, that's why it doesn't count.
Hell, I took Vicodin a few days ago and I was floating and totally out-of-it. So if the drug is strong, it's not uncommon.

I've never experienced anything like that, but this sort of thing really interests me. Does lucid dreaming have to occur naturally or can you do things to enhance the likelyhood of it happening?x
