Three of my uncles and a grandfather quit just like that.

And three of them used to be chain-smokers too. lol

i smoke, have done for nearly 2 years. :-(
i tried quitting a week ago but only lasted 2 days, my mum and my sister smoke in the house and i'm allowed to smoke in my room so there's so much temptation.
i'm making it my new years resolution to quit though. :-)

it's so annoying! like i had some cigs today, but less than i usualy have. its just annoying cos i am surrounded by it and theres too much temptation. plus the smoking age here is 15, so i am allowed to legally, and therefore yet again more tempting.

Then why not just throw yours away?

i can't bring myself to do it. ill just end up buying more. argh. i think im gonna swap the fags for chewing gum. substitue

ATTENTION: I JUST RIPPED UP EVERY LAST CIGARETTE I OWN AND I BROKE MY LIGHTER. FROM TODAY ON, I AM NO LONGER BUYING CIGARETTES OR SMOKING CIGARETTES. INSTEAD I WILL CHEW GUM OR ILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. BUT NO LONGER AM I A SMOKER. I promise this will last longer than a week this time. I really promise.
