I wanna loose like 5kg, really badly. How does one do that?

I know the whole eating fruit and vegetable thingo, and excercise, but i heard also that fruit is bad when you wanna loose weight.

HELP!? Everything is appreciated

Depends if you want to lose it fast or gradually, if you want to lose it fast then celery is 0 calories but don't just eat that or you'll end up anorexic. The key factor imo is the exercise.

that sounds rly bad u prob will lose like 7% of ur weight then >.> why would u need to lost 5kg n e way?

exercise isnt always good it makes u look less fatter BUT muscle is more heavier then fat. so u will get to a point where u actually gain weight.

so depending on your current weight it would depend if u wanna look like u loss 5 kg or actually lose 5kg

I swear 55kg is like 8.9 stone or something stupid? That's not even fat..
Maybe you should do things to make you feel better rather that getting down about your weight.. Why do you even wanna lose weight?
If it's because you feel unattractive? If it is, there is a lot more ways to be attractive rather than weight.. Why don't you try, going for a new haircut, or buying yourself some new clothes.. Works for me

Keep on a daily calorie count and do morning evening jogs and yeh should work lay off the lollies and thingsss 2 if i was in ur position that would be the hardest lol =P
