He started choking her because he ought her talking to me on the phone. then he hit her, i don't know how and in what way. she just sayed he started strangling her, her grandpa stooped it, and then the next day he beat her up, and all she sayed she had red marks on her body,
she is Indian Muslim, but i dont think that gives her father the right to hit her,

her dad is already in court (talk of deportation) he shot a man in the foot when he was 19.

so if i report it hell get kicked.

but is that abuse?
should i report it?

I'd report him, it's not right that she gets hurt. The fact that already has on going court case with automatically put it in his favour. He has a violent history so it's not just her that needs protecting it's the rest of his family as well and you.

Well he loves his family well most of the time, he did threten to "**** me up" to my face, and when her unkle was hi on angel dust and beat her until she pased out he just kiked him out for a week, and now her unkle still lives with them. Exept if i report him she will ither get taken away, or her dad will get deported and theyll just move to canada. So i dont know what to do!

"Is that abuse" that's a bit of an understatement, do what you think is right which is probably the most obvious report it. In my opinion

if i were you, i'd report him... she might be upset at the beggining but it's for her own good

I agree with the others. Reporting him will stop it from happening again. It might be hard to start with if he gets deported but at least she won't get hurt by him any more.

if i was you i would have reported it straight away dont be stupid because it can lead to heaps worse things.

well she aint gonna say aw yeh report my father you need to be the big man in this one time he might go too far and you will end up blaming yourself for the rest of your life.
