If this is the case then you have to go to the authorities. Not the police obviously but the child welfare officiers or social services, whatever the equivalent in your country is. Tell them that he's raped you and is controlling and hurting you and they'll make it stop. Tell them too about the blackmailing. That falls under their responsibility too. You don't have to go through the police, they're independent from them.

In the UK, we have something called the Police Complaint Commission. They handle complaints that anyone has against the police. If you have a similar organisation, go to them and they will deal with your father. They don't work alongside the police, they work above it, making sure the entire police force (including the Inspector General) works within the law.

I think you guys have misunderstood my Dad(he does not deserved to be called so). He is one of those rascals who has raped his own daughter. He uses me and my step-mom(she herself is only 26 years old) just as pleasure fulfilling objects.

If that is really the case then, as much as I hate to say this, you'll have to take it above your father.
Also, we didn't misunderstand - you just didn't tell us until now.

You have two options, kill your father or run away.
Option 1:
If you can prove what he did to you then you'll be fine.

Option 2:
Witness protection.

I'm not sure where you live, but if the police where you live are really that corrupted then you only have those two options.

Personally, if I were you, I'd kill all three of them, grab my mother, then get the fuck out of there.

Also... I don't think you wanna try. You say you want help and yet we are giving you options yet you seem to think the worse will happen.
No one is so clever that they don't have an opening.
All people have weak moments. The idea is to find that moment and then exploit it.
If your father really has that much power then he must be arrogant.
That's his weak point, therefore it can be exploited. He won't have every angle covered because he feels secure as it is.

Your father is not the be-all end-all. There is always someone above them.
No one is above the law, esp. if you have proof.
Also, all politics are local. I'd venture to say your father's power is limited to a confined area.
If you get outside said area then there isn't much he could do.

However, if you run then you'll be running your whole life.
Esp. if you stay in the same country.

If you kill him now though, that's the end of it as then he no longer has any control over the people.
Unless, of course, he's a part of the mob.
