While true, these tend not to apply to average teenagers. Your typical teenage girl is NOT going to be coming as "overweight" or "obese", as she is unable to gain such muscle mass without heavy training and/or steroids. Most guys this is irrelevant to as well, unless they're in competitive contact sports.
