A little while ago I started up smoking again. I was a little annoyed at myself as I'd gone so long without a cigarette so back to square one.

Thought I'd start this thread for people who are trying to quit smoking / drinking / drugs / whatever. We can all keep each other updated on how we're doing and offer each other encouragement, and give each other tips and ideas which have been helping you to quit.

Encouraging words only, no one gets to have a go, or lecture you if there's any slip ups which hopefully there won't be anyway

So, I've gone 1 whole day without a cigarette now

My family is the best to teach people on how to stop smoking, they tried an electronic cigarette, and it's ONLY nicotein rather than any of the other bad stuff. Also you can smoke it inside and nothig bad will happen like bad smell or yellow up your walls. It's the best thing because most smokers try to stop smoking the cigarettes but they have a hobby to smoke also so the ecig works great!

There was this cigarette thing an old co-worker of mine used that gave a dose of nicotine and he had to keep replacing the nicotine packet in it.

It looked like he was smoking a tampon though To be honest. xD

I think thats an e cig, the one my family used was small and black, and they would put drops of nicotine in the bottom of it, hard to run out because you only put 4-6 drops in it. My mom hasn't smoked it and cigarettes for 100+ days now, so proud.

Hmm this one was different I think.
The nicotine he put in it were these little square things....Similar in shape to little jam packets you get in Diners only tiny.
