Default Getting back in the gym

I was really small in grade 9 - 5'6 @ 124lbs, and worked out 3-4 days a week, used protein powders, suppliments, etc and by june grade 11 i was 6'2 175lbs @ 7% bodyfat. I was starting to get abs ))

Over the summer i quit working out (had 3 jobs) and have lost muscle mass, gained bodyfat and 10 pounds, lost strength, and losing self esteem. I feel really chumpy, i need to start working out again, but can seem to motivate myself to go more than once or twice then not going for weeks at a time. I look at myself in the mirror and look back at my progress picks from 8 months ago and feel terrible. how can i motivate myself to get back into routine :(

Default Re: Getting back in the gym

about a year and a half ago i was a bit 'chubby' and i really didn't like my legs, stomach or arms. so one day i just said "im going to change".

I put a picture of me that was photoshopped thinner, on my mirror. I excersized everyday and soon i began to look like my photoshopped picture.

Maybe you could do similar just keep thinking "wow, I'm going to be sexy" thats what i did.

Worth a try i suppose
