I get bored and I eat to try ans stop feeling bored then the next time I go shopping I get upset coz I can't get into all the tiny sizes I want to and then I get upset again and eat more

It's a endless circle.

Turn to water, OR get gum. Gum works. Try and keep your hands and mind busy all the time.

Or get a hobby

I eat when im bored to but i never gain weight.

then dont eat while your bored, Do something else. Dance, walk your dog ( if you have a dog), annoy people (thats what i do ) sing.

It's not easy at all, when I'm bored food seems the easiest because thats easy and quick.
